Armando Maradona a Legend journey

Armando Maradona was an Argentine football player. He was best known for his speed. Maradona’s full name was Diego Armando Maradona . Armando Maradona was born on 30th October 1960 and sadly passed away on 25th of November 2020 .Armando Maradona played for Argentinos juniors ,Boca juniors, Barcelona, Napoli, Sevilla and Newell’s old boys. He was most famous when he played for Napoli and Barcelona because of his numerous accolades. Maradona was acknowledged for his incredible skills in passing, ball control and dribbling. He was known to be a free kick specialist.
Armando Maradona’s Death was indeed a huge loss. The President of Argentina Alberto Fernandez announced that there will be three days of national mourning for the Legend’s Death. The Argentine Football Association expressed on social media saying “it’s deepest sorrow for the death of our legend, you will always be in our hearts” . Various confederations all around the World announced a minute of silence. The Union of European Football Associations ( UEFA) and the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) announced that every match conducted in the Champions League, European League , Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana would hold a minute of silence before the match started.
In India, Aditya School of sports located in Barasat ,Kolkata renamed their cricket stadium after Maradona on 27th of November 2020. Armando Maradona had played a charity match at the stadium with former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly three years ago. He also conducted a workshop with hundred kids in the stadium. No wonder he had thousands of hearts broken when he left us. There were numerous fans gathered at Stadium San paolo in Naples which is the third largest football stadium in Italy. His fans placed murals and paintings of his as a tribute.
Figures in the sports from Around The World paid tribute to him. There were also other celebrities outside the sport who paid their tribute.
On 2nd November 2020, Armando Maradona was admitted to hospital in La plata because of psychological reasons. A day later he underwent an emergency brain surgery to treat a subdural Hematoma (subdural Hematoma is a kind of internal bleeding where blood gathers between the inner layer of the Dura mater and the Arachnoid mater of the meninges surrounding the brain). He was discharged on 12th of November and was under doctor supervision but unfortunately Armando Maradona had a heart attack on November 25th. Exactly after 13 days of his discharge he passed away at his home in Tigre Buenos Aires province ,Argentina.
