China restricts travellers from India and few other countries from entering their country.

It is believed that China played a major role in the spread of the Covid-19. Now  amidst the pandemic China decided to temporarily ban travellers from India as well as from other countries like the UK, France, Britain, Belgium, Bangladesh and Philippines.

 Inorder to deal with the pandemic China has issued guidelines for the passengers flying from different countries. It has temporarily suspended the entry of foreign nationals in India with Chinese visas or residence permits. According to the reports, The Chinese Embassy in New Delhi India will not stamp the health declaration forms of those holding valid Chinese visas or residence permits for time being. However this will not affect the foreigners holding Chinese “diplomatic, services, courtesy and C visas. 

Incase of any unavoidably emergency to visit China, foreigners can submit visa applications to the Chinese consulates or embassy in India as visas issued after 3rd November 2020 will be not affected.

As per the their statements, It is mandatory to get double nucleic acid tests and a IGM antibody test of Covid-19 done in labs authorised by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) before boarding and the negative result certificate of the above mentioned tests and personally signed health declaration form should be sent to Chinese Embassy through Indian Ministry of External Affairs for those who travel through charter flights or special flights from India to China arranged by the government of India or China.
